Do you think the hypermotard is a fresh idea? Not really here are some pictures of a Race ready hybrid Ducati/Cagiva/Husqvarna back in the late 80s early 90s. As far as i know and remeber some Factory Cagiva guys build this bike for the French Supermoto championship as well as a couple special events like the Bologona Motor Show Superbikers event and Quidon D Or.
Now just imagine the same frame and motor with modern plastics... Yes you guessed right.. A Hypermotard...

ps. the thread should be for supermotards in general and not THE hypermotard in particular, ie ducati's bike.
